We fabricated and
replaced approximately 10% of the stone
components of the building. The entire building
including the perimeter limestone walls were all
refinished.
The stone was
redressed and all joints were re-caulked. The
stone was sealed.
We repaired and
refinished all the interior limestone.
The parking deck
was repaired by installing a modified epoxy into
all the cracks to glue the structure back
together. All the surface coatings were removed.
The cracks were all repaired and the structure
was totally waterproofed and sealed.
We fabricated and
installed a new granite stairway in the front of
the building. The stone was Deer Isle Granite
imported from Vermont.
The brick plazas
were restored with a significant portion of the
pavers replaced.
A new ADA ramp
was installed.
The interior
terrazzo was matched and new areas poured, other
areas were repaired.
The perimeter
concrete walls were repaired and coated with an
elastomeric coating.
